Atari introduces a new wearable: Speakerhat
Atari has introduced a new wearable to the tech industry, It's a hat with speakers called "Speakerhat". The new device which would be used for music and phone calls has a microphone also and it pairs over bluetooth.
As expected, it's rechargeable although it's not clear what kind of port it has and the battery capacity. Atari has said that Speakerhat wearers would eventually be able to sync up with another wearer and listen to same audio stream concurrently.
According to Atari, "the intent [of Speakerhat] is to continuously improve on design and engineering, until the technology is completely invisible,".
The Speakerhat is not yet ready for sale. Atari has launched a campaign for the beta testing of the device. Only 10 people are needed. You can contest to be part of the lucky 10 beta testers by clicking here.
